A: Our certified mold and water damage specialist inspects your home for dangerous mold or water damage before taking any additional steps.  Our inspector will also make sure you understand all of your options and give you friendly tips depending on our findings.  Many of times, there are many DIY (Do-It-Yourself) tasks that can not only immediately make a difference, but help avoid a reoccurrence in the future in which we share with you.  Mold is a great example.  Getting rid of mold is a three-part process that involves mold inspection, testing and mold remediation.

Q: When Should I Do A Mold Visual Inspection?

 

A: It is a good time for mold visual inspection in your home, business or building when:

  • You discover a leak that has existed for more than 24-48 hours

  • You suspect mold but do not see any visible mold growth

  • After any flooding or water intrusion occurrence

  • When you want to determine if mold is growing in your home

  • Unusual stains appear on furniture or building materials

  • Your home inspection company has discovered suspect mold

  • If there an “unusual" smell in your home or building

  • If anyone in your home suffers from – nausea, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, rashes, fatigue, flu like symptoms, headaches, dizziness wheezing, fevers or asthma.
